With reference to the news article appearing in CNBC on June 23, 2015 regarding order by NCDRC titled "Unitech down 3% on penalty for second project in Gurgaon", Unitech Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under:<BR><BR>"The Company has not received the said order. We will examine the order once it is received and decide further course of action keeping in view the best interest of all our stakeholders.<BR><BR>This matter relates to a case of one customer who has paid approximately Rs. 48 lac towards booking of apartment."
