Unitech Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 07, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 2nd quarter and half year ended on September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the above, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for all promoters, directors, officers, employees and connected persons of the Company from November 01, 2015 to November 09, 2015.
