Unitech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2015-2016.<BR><BR>Further, the Board of Directors of the Company has appointed Maj. Gen. Virender Kumar Bhutani (Retd.) as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company with effect from May 30, 2016.
