United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 05, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 26, 2015 to November 07, 2015 (both days inclusive), in connection with consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for quarter/half year ended September 30, 2015 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
