United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 29, 2015, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from May 19, 2015 to May 31, 2015 (both days inclusive), in connection with consideration of Audited Financial Results for Financial Year ended March 31, 2015 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
