United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>The Trading Window for dealing In the shares of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2014 to November 16, 2014 (both days inclusive), for all the Directors / officers / designated employees of the Company together with their dependants in connection with consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/ half year ended September 30, 2014 as per the Code of Conduct of the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
