With reference to the news article in Financial Chronicle (August 25, 2015) captioned "Heineken likely to raise stake in United Breweries", United Breweries Ltd has Clarified to BSE as under :<BR><BR>"We have been regularly intimating all Stock Exchanges where listed, the requisite information having a bearing on operations / performance of the Company including price sensitive information.<BR><BR>We are not aware of any such negotiation or any kind of potential deal with regard to news item appearing in "Financial Chronicle" titled Heineken likely to raise stake in United Breweries. However, we shall continue to keep the exchanges informed as we have been doing always, of any such price sensitive or other related matter."
