United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 13, 2016, inter alia, has recommended payment of Dividend of Re 1.15/- per equity share of Re.1/- for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Equity Dividend for Financial Year 2015-2016 @ 115% i.e. Re 1.15 per Equity Share of Re 1/- each shall be paid on or before October 06, 2016 post declaration of dividend at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 07, 2016.
