United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, to consider the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>As per the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company in terms of SEBl Regulations, the Trading Window shall remain closed for the Company's Directors / Officers and designated employees from November 01, 2014 till November 14, 2014.
