With reference to the earlier letter dated May 27, 2014 regarding decision of the Board with respect to dividend on Preference Shares and Equity Shares, United Breweries Ltd has now informed BSE that:<br/><br/>1. Preference Dividend for financial year 2013-14 @3% on Preference Shares held by Scottish and Newcastle India Limited shall be paid on or before June 26, 2014.<br/><br/>2. Equity Dividend for financial year 2013-14 @90% i.e. Re.0.90 per Equity Share of Re,1/- each shall be paid on or before October 03, 2014 post declaration of dividend at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 04, 2014.
