| United Breweries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on <BR>May 28, 2015, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015 in terms of the Listing Agreement; <BR><BR>2. To approve payment of 3% dividend on Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares to Scottish & Nestle Castle India Limited for the financial year ended March 31, 2015;<BR><BR>3. To recommend a dividend on equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company in terms of SEBI Regulations, the trading window shall remain closed for the Companies Directors/Officers and designated employees from May 15, 2015 till May 30, 2015. | |
