With reference to the earlier letter dated May 28, 2015 regarding decision of the Board with respect to dividend on Preference and Equity Shares, United Breweries Ltd <BR>has now informed BSE that <BR><BR>1. Preference Dividend for Financial Year 2014-2015 @ 3% on Preference Shares held by Scottish & Newcastle India Limited shall be paid on or before June 27, 2015.<BR><BR>2. Equity Dividend for Financial Year 2014-2015 @ 100% i.e. Re 1.00 per Equity Share of Re If- each shall be paid on or before October 28, 2015 post declaration of dividend at the Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2015.
