With reference to the Increase in Volumes, United Breweries Ltd has Clarified to BSE that :<br/><br/>"We have regularly been intimating to all Stock Exchanges where listed, the requisite information having a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company including price sensitive information.<br/><br/>We have also intimated the Stock Exchange about the acquisition of Brewery Assets viz, land, building, plant/equipment of Pacific Spirits Private Limited in Rajasthan vide our letter dated May 27, 2014.<br/><br/>We are not aware of any further information/reason for increase in volumes as cited in your letter. However, we shall continue to keep the Exchanges informed on any price sensitive information as we have always done."
