| United Interactive Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 22, 2014 to September 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 27, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, Pursuant to clause 35B of the Listing Agreement and section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules framed thereunder the Members are provided with facility to cast their votes electronically, through E-Voting services provided by Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) on all the Resolutions set forth in the Notice of the 31st Annual General Meeting.<br/><br/>The E-Voting period commences on September 18, 2014 (9.00 a.m. IST) and ends on Sptermber 20, 2014 (6.00 p.m. IST). | |
