With reference to the captioned subject matter, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of United Interactive Limited at their meeting held today, have inter alia, considered and approved the following matters:<BR> <BR> 1. The Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter ended on June 30 th , 2017 along with the Limited review report of the Statutory Auditor.<BR> <BR> 2. Fixed the date for 34 th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Monday, Sept 25 th , 2017.<BR> <BR> 3. Fixed Sept 18 th , 2017 as the cut-off date to record the entitlement of shareholders to cast their vote for The AGM and fixed remote e-voting period as a period commencing on Sept 22, 2017 (9:00 a.m.) and ending on Sept 24, 2017 (5:00 p.m.).<BR> <BR> 4. Register of Members &amp; Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Sept 19 th , 2017 to Sept 25 th , 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 34th AGM.
