United Interactive Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 13, 2017, inter alia, to consider & approve the Unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2016.<BR><BR>For the above purpose, this is to inform you that as per Company's code of conduct for a prevention of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the directors / designated employees / relatives of designated persons/auditors / consultants of the Company from February 03, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
