With reference to the earlier announcement dated September 22, 2014 regarding Notice of Offer for Sale of Equity Shares of Pioneer Distilleries Ltd by United Spirits Ltd.<br/><br/>United Spirits Ltd ("the Seller"), the promoter and holding Company of Pioneer Distilleries Ltd (the "Company") has now informed BSE that the Floor Price for the Sale in terms of the SEBI OFS Circular shall be as below :<br/><br/>- The floor price for the Equity Shares offered under Sale shall be Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten only) per Equity Share of Pioneer Distilleries Ltd (the "Floor Price").
