United Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 23, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the three months ended June 30, 2015(Q1).<BR><BR>In terms of the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from July 13, 2015 to July 25, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Company's Board Meeting scheduled to be held on July 23, 2015 for the purpose stated above.
