United Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the three months and year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from May 16, 2015 to May 28, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Companys Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 26, 2015 for the purpose stated above.
