United Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 13, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results (provisional) of the Company for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from November 03, 2014 to November 15, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Companys Board Meeting scheduled to be held on November 13, 2014 for the purpose stated above.
