United Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on October 20, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results (provisional) of the Company for the Quarter and Three months ended June 30, 2014.<br/><br/>In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from October 10, 2014 to October 22, 2014 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Company's Board Meeting scheduled to be held on October 20, 2014 for the purpose stated above.
