United Spirits Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of tine Company is scheduled to be held on January 24, 2015, inter alia, to consider the Un-audited Financial Results (provisional) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the Trading Window of the Company will be closed from January 14, 2015 to January 26, 2015 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Company's Board Meeting scheduled to be held on January 24, 2015 for the purpose stated above.
