Approved and adopted Standalone Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Limited Review Report.2. Appointment of Mr. Ripudamansingh Vaghela as Non Executive Non-Independent Additional Director of the Company 3. Appointment of Smt. Nayankuwar J.
