This is to inform you that, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on today i.e. Wednesday August 16, 2017 Commence at 12.00 p.m and concluded at 02.00 p.m inter-alia took on record the following: <BR> <BR> l.Approved and adopted Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017 along with Limited Review Report thereon. <BR> <BR> 2.Approved Notice, Corporate Governance Report & Directors Report along with the Annexures thereon.<BR> <BR> 3.Approved Book closure date for the 44th Annual General Meeting - 23rd September , 2017 upto 29th September, 2017 (Both days inclusive) & cut-off date for e-voting -22nd September, 2017.<BR> <BR> 4.Considered the resignation of Shri.
