Universal Starch Chem Allied Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Y.L. Sindhwad has tendered his resignation as the Company Secretary of the Company. The Board of Directors will appoint a Company Secretary in the Board Meeting to be held on or before February 14, 2016 to consider and take on record, inter- alia the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2015. In the meantime, Shri. Subramani S., CFO of the Company will be responsible for the complying with the provisions of the Listing Agreement.
