Upasana Finance Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>In view of the above, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from July 31, 2015 to August 18, 2015 (both days inclusive), in terms of the requirements of UFL's insider trading policy titled "Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and other connected persons" read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
