UPL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 27, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend on equity shares of the Company.<BR><BR>In view of the above and in pursuance of the Company's 'Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading' framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from April 17, 2015 and will end on April 28, 2015 for Insiders covered therein.
