Upper Ganges Sugar & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in terms of Clause 6(2) of the Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders formulated and adopted by the Company, Trading Window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed from July 24, 2015 to August 06, 2015 (both days inclusive), inasmuch as the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2015 will be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting to be held on August 04, 2015.
