Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, has inter-alia approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Kumar Bansal as an Additional Director on the Board of the Company under the category of Independent Director w.e.f. 22st March, 2017, to hold the office till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company and also accepted the Resignation given by Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta due to pre occupations.
