Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2014 which will inter alia consider approval of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 alongwith Limited Review Report of Auditors.<br/><br/>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from July 25, 2014 to August 01, 2014 (both days inclusive).
