With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 05, 2015, Usha Martin Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 25, 2015 inter alia, to consider approval of audited accounts of the Company for financial year ended March 31, 2015 and to recommend dividend, if any.<BR><BR>Further, the Company inform that in accordance with SEBI (Prevention of Insider Trading) Regulation, 1992, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from May 18, 2015 to May 27, 2015 (both days inclusive).
