Usha Martin Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 08, 2016, inter alia, to consider approval of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 along with Limited Review Report of Auditors.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company will be closed with effect from February 01, 2016 to February 10, 2016 (both days inclusive).
