Usher Agro Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Nine Months ended March 31, 2015. Also to consider recommendation of dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for the purpose of transacting in the Companys share will remain closed with effect from May 22, 2015 till the expiry of 24 hours after the declaration of financial results.
