Audited Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2017. b. Statement of Assets and Liabilities for the half year ended 31st March, 2017. c. Auditors' Report (Standalone and Consolidated) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2017. 2. Pursuant to Regulations 30 Scheduled III Part A of (7) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 M/s. VSS & Associates have been appointed as Statutory Auditor in place of Todarwal & Todarwal Associates as per the Completion of tenure mentioned in the Section 139 of the Companies Act, 2013.
