| V-Guard Industries Ltd has informed BSE that "as per clause 6.1 of the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the window for trading in V-Guard shares by specified employees of V-Guard Industries Ltd has been closed from the opening of business in stock exchanges on October 06, 2014.<br/><br/>Further, from the opening of business in Stock Exchange on October 06, 2014 trading (selling, transfer, buying) of V-Guard shares is not permitted by you and your dependents (Parents, Spouse, Sisters, Brothers and Children). This is due to the proposed adoption of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended September 30, 2014 at the Board meeting to be held on November 04, 2014.<br/><br/>Trading will be resumed from November 06, 2014 onwards, on opening of business in Stock Exchange." | |
