VA Tech Wabag Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 08, 2014, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record, the Unaudited Financial Results (both standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2014 (Q2).<br/><br/>In view of the above Board meeting scheduled to be held on November 08, 2014, the trading window for dealing in the Company's equity shares by the designated employees and their dependent family members of the Company will remain closed from October 24, 2014 to November 09, 2014 (both days inclusive) in compliance with the provisions of Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of insider trading, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
