| Dear Sir/Madam Sub: Approval from National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) for reclassification of Shares under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 Intimation under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 With reference to the captioned subject, we would like to inform that the Company has received approval from NSE and BSE for Reclassification of Shares held by Mr. Amit Sengupta from Promoter Category to Public Category under Regulation 31A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Post his retirement from the Company in 2015, Amits saner counsel was sought as an Advisor to the Company which ended on 30th September 2016.
