Vadilal Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2016, inter alia, have recommended dividend of Rs. 0.80 per Share (i.e. @ 8%) on 8,62,668 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for the year ended on March 31, 2016 subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
