Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has allotted 21,633 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each on November 09, 2015 to Vaibhav Global Employee Stock Option Welfare Trust under Employee Stock Option Plan (As Amended) - 2006. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 32,49,95,520 consisting of 3,24,99,552 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.
