| Vaibhav Global Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, as per Code of Conduct for trading by Insiders, under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from May 05, 2016 till May 21, 2016 i.e. after forty eight hours from the declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2016. | |
