| Vakharia Power Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 03, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following business:<BR><BR>- To approve the Un-Audited Financial (Provisional) Results of the Company along with Limited Review Report for the Second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Code of Conduct formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window will be closed from October 20, 2015 till forty eight hours after the date of declaration of results for Directors, KMP Officers and Designated Employees, and their immediate relatives. | |
