Vakrangee Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company has on July 24, 2015 considered and noted the resignation of Mr. Santosh Dash from the post of CEO - Retail & BFSI (Global) and approved re-designation of Mr. Dinesh Nandwana as Managing Director & CEO w.e.f. July 27, 2015, on the recommendation of Nomination & Remuneration & Compensation Committee. Further, the said committee has, on July 24, 2015, appointed four personnel of the Company to be designated as Chief Executive Officers for different business verticals of the Company, viz. eGovernance, eCommerce, Banking and ATM.
