Vakrangee Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 04, 2014, inter-alia, to transact the following business:<BR><BR>1. To discuss on the Payments Banks Guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India and applying for the license for the Payments Bank in the capacity of Corporate Business Correspondent.<BR><BR>2. To consider and appoint Mr. T. Sitharthan as Nominee director, representing the Life Insurance Corporation of India on the board of the Company.<BR><BR>3. To discuss and consider change in logo aid tag lines of the company and the projects / undertaken / to be undertaken by the Company.
