Vakrangee Ltd has informed BSE that subsequent to the in-principle approval received from the concerned stock exchanges on December 16, 2014, in relation to the issue of securities to the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), the QIP committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on December 20, 2014 decided to launch the said issue of securities to the QIBs in the month of January, 2015.
