Valecha Engineering Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 17, 2017:<BR><BR>- To approve and take on record, the draft comprehensive scheme of compromise and arrangement proposed to be entered into with the Fixed Deposit Holders subject to the approval of the shareholders and the fixed deposit holders at the court convened meetings under section 230 - 232 of the Companies Act.
