Value Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on December 31, 2014 and for the quarter ended on that date.<BR><BR>Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code"), pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from February 21, 2015 till the end of 24 hours after the results are made public on February 28, 2015, for the purpose of consideration of Audited Financial Results of the Company.
