Value Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, transacted the following business:<BR><BR>1. The Board noted the resignation of Mr. Subhash S. Dayama from the office of Director of the Company with effect from May 14, 2016.<BR><BR>2. Mr. Bhujang Kakade has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company.
