Vamshi Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2015, have approved the appointment of Mrs. Akhila Pushpa Sundari as an Additional Director. Mrs. Akhila Pushpa Sundari shall hold office as an Additional Director till the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the Board of directors at its meeting held on March 31, 2015 also approved the appointment of Mr. Pasham Varun Kumar as CFO of the Company under section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
