Vamshi Rubber Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 10, 2015, inter alia, to discuss as follows:<BR><BR>1. To fix the date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting for the Financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>2. To approve the Draft directors' Report and notice of the Annual General Meeting for the Financial year 2014-15.<BR><BR>3. To consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>4. To recommend dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>5. To fix the book closure dates for the purpose of AGM and payment of dividend, if any.
