Vardhman Polytex Ltd has informed BSE that the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Result of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation and company code for "Prohibition of Insider Trading", the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company is closed from May 15, 2015 to till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board Meeting to be held on May 25, 2015.
